Sales Control Analyst for the Osem-Nestlé Group - 4332

The Sales Control Department of the Osem-Nestlé Group is recruiting an Analyst for a central role at the core of the company's commercial activity. This is a role that combines working with significant volumes of business data, generating strategic insights, and business partnership with the trade and sales management.

Responsibilities

• Analysis of sales performance against budget, forecasts, and targets.
• Control and management of trade budgets, commercial discounts, and variable expenses.
• Construction, maintenance, and implementation of compensation models and annual and quarterly sales targets.
• Routine work with trade and sales managers to generate business insights and support decision-making.
• Leading reporting and control processes and preparing management presentations for senior management.
• Development and improvement of reports and analysis tools in Excel and Power BI.
• Analysis of market trends, commercial performance, and opportunities to improve business results.
• Working with enterprise information systems and advanced BI tools.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics – Mandatory.
• Up to one year of experience as an Economist or Analyst – Advantage.
• High analytical ability and developed business thinking.
• Full proficiency in Excel, including building complex models, advanced functions, and data analysis – Mandatory.
• Familiarity with Power BI and SAP – Significant advantage.
• High level of English.
• Ability to work independently alongside working with many interfaces in the organization.
• Ability to present messages and data clearly and effectively.
