Manager/Assistant Manager, Quality Assurance & Quality Control Department
- Manage the entire QA and QC department system
- Define company quality policies and standards
- Control the inspection of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
- Control In-Process Control during the production process
- Establish and improve GMP, HACCP, BRCGS, ISO22000, and related standards systems
- Plan and manage Internal Audit and Supplier Audit
- Analyze quality problems and define corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Manage Customer Complaints
- Control the management of Non-Conforming Product
- Coordinate with government agencies, customers, and external audit bodies
- Supervise the Calibration of measuring instruments
- Manage the QA/QC team and develop personnel potential
- Prepare KPI reports and quality reports for management
- Monitor food laws, FDA regulations, and related standards
- Support new product development in collaboration with Production and R&D departments
Job Purpose Responsible for managing the organization's quality control and quality assurance systems to ensure that raw materials, production processes, finished goods, and product delivery comply with quality standards, food safety, customer requirements, laws, and relevant international standards, while continuously developing quality systems to increase customer confidence and create organizational competitiveness.
Qualifications: Female Age 35 years and above Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or related fields At least 3-5 years of QA/QC experience in a food factory At least 3 years of team management experience Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, BRCGS, ISO22000, FSSC22000 Good knowledge of food laws and FDA regulations Skills in Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, and Risk Assessment Good English communication skills Leadership and data analysis skills
