•Manage the production scheduling process, optimizing workflows and resources to maximize efficiency. •Work closely with operations and commercial to ensure smooth production plan and deliver to achieve market demand and DIFOT. •Close monitoring product launch for NPD and OEM projects. •Coordinate with key account client to shift satisfaction and supply chain to reach WCM. •Execute/lead material demand & supply including FG, WIP & packing stock management to meet cashflow improvement. •Establish the Master Production Schedule based on customer requirements and plan including report. •Leading the production weekly meeting and manage all activity that impact on run plan and capacity. •Monitor production progress and make adjustments as needed to maintain on-time delivery. •Analyze production data and identify opportunities for process improvements but also not limited demand forecast, scheduling improvement, •Follow through the operating procedures, standards of quality and safety management systems ISO9001, ISO45001, SEDEX and others.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Engineering, Logistics Management, or a related field At least 5 years of experience in production planning, control, and monitoring, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, MRP, or EPICOR is a significant advantage Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with data and optimize processes Proven excellent team leadership and coordination skills to work effectively with various departments and planning team. Good command both written and spoken English.
