Technical Engineer

• Design, plan, and install LAN, WAN, Wireless, and Network Security systems
• Install and Configure network devices such as Switch, Router, Wireless Access Point, Network access control (NAC), and Firewall
• Monitor the performance and availability of network systems, including analyzing and preventing potential issues. Open Ticket / Service Request to vendor
• Provide technical support and provide manuals to customers who purchase products from the company
• Prepare Network Diagram, Configuration Document, and Implementation Report
• Coordinate with Vendor, Partner, and customers in project execution; provide technical support after installation and project handover
• Work with Presales, Sales, and Vendor teams to deliver projects according to the plan, Proof of Concept (POC), Demo, and Technical Training
• Study and develop technological knowledge, including obtaining Certifications according to the personnel development plan and company goals
• Prepare and update technical documents, installation manuals, and Knowledge Base for internal organizational use

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related fields At least 2 years of experience in Network Engineer or Network Support Skills in Network Troubleshooting Communication and coordination skills in English Ability to multitask and prioritize work Ability to research and learn new technologies independently Ability to work on-site and in other provinces occasionally Technical Skill : Server Storage Routing & Switching Firewall, VPN Network access control (NAC) Network Troubleshooting Documentation & Network Diagram Certification : Cisco CCNA/CCNP Huawei HCIA/HCIP or related Certifications Experience in installing, Configuring, and Troubleshooting network devices from Cisco, Huawei Experience in Network Firewall and network access control (NAC) will be given special consideration Experience in Implementation, Migration, or Support of enterprise network systems will be given special consideration
