Extraction Production Supervisor (Bang Sai Plant)

1. Collaborate on work planning with various departments
2. Daily / Weekly production planning
3. Daily / Weekly manpower allocation
4. Control the production process to follow the plan
5. Inspect and monitor controls at OPRP and CCP points
6. Control the packaging process to follow the plan
7. Control and inspect the production process to achieve quality standards
8. Control the quality of production standards (packaging)
9. Monitor and inspect machine maintenance records, as well as cleaning records
10. Inspect, control, and comply with ISO 22000, ISO 14001, GHPs&HACCP, GMP+, HALAL, SEDEX, TLS, and other systems established by the company to ensure compliance and sustainability of the standard systems
11. Control work processes to comply with quality policies and safety and environmental management guidelines
12. Prepare data and summarize operational results
13. Prepare standard system documentation
14. Resolve problems in the process
15. Prepare machine efficiency data
16. Present data for process development
17. Monitor the work of subordinates
18. Provide consultation, clarification, and information
19. Transfer knowledge and expertise
20. Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or other related fields At least 3 years of experience in production lines Can use Microsoft Office Can plan, teach, and present work results Can control the production process Can read and write English Can perform machine maintenance Has leadership qualities and can solve immediate problems very well Has a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills Can contact and coordinate with others Can work in shifts
