Engineering Manager (Pu Chao Plant)

1. Define policies and plan all maintenance management within the company, covering both mechanical and electrical boilers.
2. Project work, design, installation supervision, and contractor coordination.
3. Plan machinery maintenance according to scheduled cycles.
4. Plan and oversee maintenance work in cases of machinery breakdown.
5. Prepare spare parts lists for machinery, electrical machinery, air systems, hydraulics, and others based on consumption volume.
6. Supervise preventive maintenance work to inspect machinery condition to ensure efficient operation.
7. Design and develop maintenance systems to effectively support production.
8. Plan electrical and boiler maintenance work to ensure efficient production.
9. Plan operations to achieve energy reduction and lower costs per production unit.
10. Supervise project installation work and other factory tasks to comply with engineering and government regulations.
11. Supervise instrumentation systems, computers, CCTV, Fire Alarm, telephone systems, and others, etc.
12. Inspect and maintain boilers and the steam distribution system for the production department.
13. Prepare energy conservation reports for submission to the Department of Energy Conservation.
14. Control the performance of employees within the department.
15. Drive the implementation of GHPs, HACCP, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO/IEC17025, BRC, and other systems implemented by the company.
16. Support and promote continuous improvement and development.
17. Serve as a member of the Quality and Environmental systems committee.
18. Internal Audit (IQA) work.
19. Other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or other related fields. At least 10-15 years of experience in the engineering field. Knowledge in project management. Provide technical advice regarding installation, usage, and repair; able to inspect and test. Knowledge of preventive maintenance for tools, machinery, and equipment. Able to use Microsoft Office programs. Able to read and write Auto CAD drawings well. Able to communicate in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing). Responsible, fair, honest, and has good interpersonal skills. Possesses leadership, ability to solve immediate problems, attention to detail, ability to coordinate, and ability to develop oneself.
