Food Standard Compliance Officer (Pu Chao Plant)

1. Evaluate and certify vendors in collaboration with the Central Purchasing Department
2. Prepare Specification Control for raw materials and packaging
3. Coordinate regarding New Product Development with the plant and the New Product Marketing Department
4. Collect, monitor, update, and ensure compliance with factory laws
5. Prepare documents and coordinate with government agencies, such as FDA, for various renewals
6. Report performance results to the Department Manager
7. Other duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Science, Engineering, Management, Chemistry, Industry, or other related fields
2. At least 7 years of work experience in Production, Quality Control, or Quality Assurance
3. Good knowledge of requirements, laws, and regulations
4. Systematic planning and task management skills
5. Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs
6. Able to speak, read, and write English
7. Ability to communicate with others clearly and easily
8. Responsible, fair, and honest
9. Transparent and has good interpersonal skills
10. Leadership qualities with the ability to solve immediate problems effectively
11. Detail-oriented and good coordination skills
12. Self-developing, creative, and able to apply knowledge to work
13. Able to travel
