Research and Development Officer (Pu Chao Factory)

1. New Product Regulatory & Registration

• Review and provide advice on food laws for new products from Concept to Launch
• Evaluate formulas, ingredients, raw materials, and products to ensure compliance with the laws of Thailand and target countries
• Prepare, review, and proceed with food product registration and permits
• Monitor and analyze laws and Regulatory Requirements related to new products

1. Labeling & Claims

• Review labels and Artwork to ensure accuracy according to the laws of Thailand and destination countries
• Review Ingredient List, Nutrition Facts, Allergen, Warning, and Marketing/Nutrition/Health Claims
• Provide Regulatory advice to R&D, Product Development, Marketing, and Quality teams before Launch

1. Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work with PD, QA, Marketing, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Sales, and OEM to drive new product development projects according to plan
• Assess Regulatory Risk and provide advice to prevent legal issues from the product development stage
• Coordinate with อย.
• Prepare Regulatory Guideline / SOP

1. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications: Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, or related fields At least 2 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs / Food Law / Product Registration / Food Compliance will be specially considered Experience in food laws and domestic product registration Experience in reviewing Food Labeling, Nutrition Labeling, and Food Claims Ability to analyze and interpret laws and assess Regulatory Risk of new products Ability to use English for reading laws, preparing documents, and communication Good coordination, project management, and problem-solving skills High attention to detail
