Quality Assurance Officer (Pu Chao Factory)

1. Prepare specifications for rice bran oil and products, including raw materials and packaging water in the system
2. Prepare operating procedures and work instructions to cover various standard systems established by the company
3. Control operations to ensure quality and compliance with specified standards
4. Control the quality inspection of rice bran oil and products, including raw materials and packaging water in the system
5. Control risk assessment and the inspection for adulteration or substitution in raw materials and packaging
6. Use statistics to control various analytical results
7. Train new employees in the department and other related departments
8. Maintain tools and equipment used to be in good condition
9. Assist in supervising employees in the department to follow relevant operating procedures and work instructions
10. Assist in supervising the preparation of objectives, goals, and work plans in the department
11. Assess compliance with laws and relevant regulations
12. Review the performance of the environmental management system
13. Verify the analytical proficiency of Quality Assurance employees
14. Inspect the quality of rice bran oil and products, including raw materials, packaging, and water in the system
15. Assess risks and inspect for adulteration or substitution in raw materials and packaging
16. Issue Test Reports for customers
17. Report to supervisors immediately if quality does not meet requirements or if there is a tendency for quality to not meet requirements

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Science, majoring in Chemistry, Food, or a related field Knowledge of scientific instruments, vegetable oil analysis, chemicals, and packaging Ability to use Microsoft Office programs Knowledge of statistics and Quality Assurance Ability to read and write English
