Quality Assurance Manager - Surin Branch

• Supervise and manage operations within the Quality Assurance department to comply with customer requirements. Monitor and resolve issues identified through quality inspections.
• Summarize quality test reports of raw materials before releasing them into the production line to prevent errors regarding raw material quality according to customer requirements. Manage departmental tasks and supervise subordinates under company policies, as well as other relevant policies, standards, and requirements.
• Analyze test results and apply/develop various techniques to increase work efficiency.
• Supervise and monitor the quality testing of raw materials before releasing them into the production line.
• Consider signing approval documents as proposed by subordinates.
• Plan quality inspection tasks according to customer requirements.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure that produced goods meet the quality required by customers.
• Coordinate with customer representatives to acknowledge problems and issues that need to be addressed, leading to corrective processes in the production line.
• Conduct meetings to clarify customer requirements to department heads before starting work.
• Develop subordinates to increase their knowledge and abilities and support their career advancement.
• Control and supervise work within the department under company policies and policies specified by business partners.
• Control and supervise personnel in the department under labor policies, Occupational Safety, Health and Environment policies, C-TPAT policies, as well as other relevant labor law standards. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
• Perform duties in accordance with various policies as specified by the company.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field Able to use Microsoft Office, Excel Able to communicate well in English
