Planning Supervisor, Chaiyaphum Branch 1

1. Receive orders from customers to assist in production planning as assigned by the Factory Manager.
2. Monitor and control production according to the Master Plan.
3. Monitor and check raw materials to ensure they arrive according to the established plan, and manage problem-solving in cases where raw materials do not meet the planned schedule.
4. Monitor and check production capacity in all departments to ensure it aligns with the plan, and take corrective action if production capacity does not meet the plan.
5. Monitor daily work efficiency and resolve problems if they do not meet the plan to ensure work is completed on schedule.
6. Perform duties in accordance with company policies/announcements, personnel policies, WRAP/C-TPAT policies, Code of Conduct, and customer CLS requirements.
7. Maintain awareness of Safety Culture; comply with safety, occupational health, environmental policies, waste management, Risk Assessment (RA), and energy conservation.
8. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 3 or more years of experience in production planning. Very good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel). English language skills at a communicative level.
