Embroidery Quality Specialist

Own technical quality control for outsourced embroidery from sample confirmation through bulk production, ensuring appearance, construction, placement and workmanship meet approved standards before shipment back to factory branches.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review embroidery requirements, artwork, placement, stitch/appearance expectations, fabric risk and critical quality points before production.
• Coordinate and confirm embroidery sample approval and process readiness before bulk release.
• Verify machine/process setup and first output; conduct risk-based inline/final checks at outsource vendors.
• Identify and contain defects such as wrong placement, distortion, puckering, loose/missing stitches, thread issues, backing problems, damage or poor trimming/cleanliness.
• Follow up vendor root cause analysis and CAPA; verify corrective action effectiveness and recurrence prevention.
• Document approvals, findings, defect data and vendor performance; communicate status to branches and Supervisor.
• Support vendor capability assessment, process standardization and improvement activities.

Qualifications: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in garment/textile/embroidery/quality. 3+ years in embroidery quality or production; understanding of digitizing impact, thread/stitch quality and fabric interaction. Strong visual workmanship judgment and structured defect analysis. Good vendor communication, documentation and willingness to travel.
