Raw Material Preparation Department Head (Chaiyaphum Branch 1)

1. Supervise and inspect stock regarding raw material storage methods, raw material issuance, fabric requisition according to the production plan, as well as receiving returns of fabric and remaining raw materials after work completion.
2. Conduct meetings and brief employees before starting work and monitor employees' routine tasks.
3. Inspect and follow up on raw material deliveries from suppliers to ensure they align with the plan and that raw materials meet the specification.
4. Inspect and report various departmental performance results to ensure they meet targets.
5. Notify the accounting department of remaining raw material balances to summarize stock accounts at the end of every month.
6. Supervise and procure departmental work equipment to meet targets.
7. Resolve work problems occurring within the department to ensure sufficient quantity, readiness for use, and safety.
8. Supervise and control the use of materials, equipment, and tools in the department to ensure cost-effectiveness and minimal waste.
9. Supervise and manage departmental work under company policies and policies specified by business partners and contractors.
10. Supervise and manage departmental personnel under labor policies, safety, occupational health, and environmental policies, including other relevant labor law standards.
11. Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.

Qualifications: No gender restriction Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Logistics / Supply Chain, or related fields Proficient in using Microsoft office, Excel Moderate English communication skills (Speaking, Reading, Writing) Decisive, good interpersonal skills, resourceful, and capable of systematic planning and task management
