Indirect Sourcing Senior Officer

Your tasks

1. Responsible for INDIRECT/MRO/CAPEX sourcing/procurement activities.
2. Drive cost-efficiency to achieve cost saving while maintaining quality standards and ensure timely delivery across procurement activities.
3. Issue Purchase Orders (POs), follow up on deliveries, and maintain accurate data in the system.
4. Resolve procurement-related issues and coordinate with relevant departments and suppliers.
5. Support quality-related activities to ensure compliance with the company's quality policy.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
2. Experience in sourcing and procurement in In-Direct/MRO/CAPEX more than 3 years.
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
4. Have experience with document management for ISO9001, ISO14000 and ISO45001.
5. Proficient in MS Office with strong EXCEL skills.
6. Have experience with ERP system.
7. Good command in English.
8. Capability to work with cross-functional teams on strategic cost improvement projects.
9. Good learning capacity, adaptability and fast reaction time for urgent site operational needs.
