Lead Network Configuration Engineer/Lead Engineer

A subsidiary of PJSC “Tattelecom” (LLC “YOUR MOBILE TECHNOLOGIES”) is looking for a Lead Engineer for the Network Configuration Department. LLC “Your Mobile Technologies” is a mobile operator providing mobile radiotelephone services within the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan. YOU WILL: preparation and issuance of parameters for bringing new Base Stations (BS) (GSM/LTE) on air; optimization of BS radio parameters (GSM/LTE) to improve network quality characteristics; keeping track of required resources for network development. WE EXPECT FROM YOU: knowledge of the basics of radio wave propagation; knowledge of the basics of the GSM/LTE standard; knowledge of the main characteristics of antennas; basic proficiency in English: ability to read and translate technical literature. WE OFFER YOU: "white" salary from 78,650 before tax: base salary + bonus (monthly); for junior specialists, two additional bonuses are paid during the year (for Communications Day and a year-end bonus); official employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation; paid vacations and sick leaves; work schedule in the office 5/2 from 08:00 to 17:00, with a shortened working day on Friday; workplace: Kazan, Butlerova 54A; a paid day off on your Birthday; the opportunity to receive bonuses through the "Refer a Friend" program - from 10,000 rubles.
