Project Manager

Project management for the design of private medical facilities (medical centers, clinics, laboratories, technical production facilities) Management of the design department (up to 10 specialists: architects, medical technologists, designers, GIP, design engineers) Participation in the selection of staff and external specialists, formation and management of project teams Management of communications with customers, correspondence, conducting meetings, site visits, resolving a full spectrum of issues Collection of initial data, preparation and approval of technical specifications with customers, control of project changes Development of design schedules, control of deadlines, control of the fulfillment of mutual contractual obligations Quality management of the developed documentation, development and implementation of internal company standards Participation in the analysis and optimization of design solutions, approval of solutions with the customer and stakeholders Organization of author's supervision at sites, interaction with the construction department, adjustment of working documentation

Requirements

Experience in this position in the automotive business, mandatory knowledge of Chinese and English, diligence, responsibility

Higher education — specialist degree, master's degree; Experience: 1 year
