Logistics Director

1. Be responsible for regional delivery projects providing comprehensive logistics services, manage the necessary level of logistics performance, and ensure safe, timely, and accurate delivery of goods to customers. 2. Be responsible for the collection and integration of local supplier resources, assessment of their capabilities, and the formation of a supplier pool. 3. Be responsible for managing the daily operations and efficiency of logistics providers, including performance management, service quality, etc. 4. Create a standardized warehousing and transportation system to increase operational efficiency. 5. Interact with internal and external customers regarding daily logistics efficiency and provide logistics solutions to meet customer needs. 6. Propose solutions to resolve pain points in frontline logistics operations and increase customer satisfaction with the quality of logistics services. 7. Constantly optimize logistics schemes, analyze logistics nodes, detail operational processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.

Requirements

Experience in this position within the automotive business, mandatory knowledge of Chinese and English, diligence, responsibility

Higher education — Specialist, Master's degree; Experience: 6 years
