Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Plan and develop Marketing Strategy and Marketing Plan in alignment with the Brand and business goals
- Plan the Marketing Calendar and overall Campaigns for both Online and Offline
- Analyze Market Trend, Consumer Behavior, and Competitor to identify market opportunities and develop strategies
- Define Marketing Direction, Key Message, and Campaign Direction to align with Brand Positioning
- Work with Sales, E-commerce, and Operations teams to plan and drive Marketing Strategy to achieve results
Campaign & Brand Management
- Plan and manage Marketing Campaigns from Concept, Planning, Execution to Evaluation
- Oversee the overall Brand Communication to ensure consistent direction and image across all channels
- Direct the direction of Content, KOL, Influencer, and Marketing Activities to align with Campaigns and the Brand
- Coordinate and manage collaboration with Agencies, KOLs, and relevant Partners
- Control the Timeline and Budget of Marketing Activities to ensure they follow the plan
Marketing Performance & Analysis
- Prepare and analyze Marketing Performance Reports along with summarizing Insights and Recommendations
- Monitor Marketing KPI, Campaign Performance, Brand Performance, and Sales Performance
- Analyze the efficiency of each Marketing Channel and use the data to adjust strategies
- Utilize Data and Consumer Insight to develop future Marketing Strategies and Campaigns
Marketing Management & Coordination
- Oversee and manage the overall Marketing Activities to align with Strategy and Business Goals
- Define Priorities and monitor the operations of each Marketing Function
- Work with various teams to ensure the Marketing Plan is linked with E-commerce and Operations
- Provide Direction and Support to the Marketing / Content team to ensure work is moving in the same direction
- Monitor market situations and performance results, and present Insights, Recommendations, and Action Plans to Management
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (09.00 - 18.00) WFH 2 days/week, Office 3 days/week
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication Arts, or related fields At least 2-4 years of experience in Marketing, with experience overseeing Marketing in an overall capacity Knowledge of Marketing Strategy, Campaign, Branding, and Digital Marketing Ability to analyze Market, Consumer Insight, and Marketing Performance Good command of English for communication, reading, and writing
