Customer Service / Telesales Agent – Energy Provider | Nea Faliro

Do you have communication skills, do you enjoy customer contact, and do you want a stable five-day work week? On behalf of a leading Electricity Provider, we are looking for Customer Service / Telesales Agents for on-site work in Nea Faliro.

📞 What you will do You will be making outbound calls to existing customers of the Provider, with the aim of: handling their requests, informing them about available plans and services, understanding their needs, proposing suitable solutions, maintaining and strengthening the relationship with the existing customer base.

👉 This is not cold calling. You will be communicating with existing customers of the Provider.

🕐 Schedule Monday – Friday 4 weeks/month: 10:00–18:00 1 week/month: 12:00–20:00 Stable five-day week – no weekends.

📍 Work On-site | Nea Faliro Required Qualifications: 🎓 What we are looking for High School, TEI, or University graduate. Good knowledge of English. Comfort in telephone communication. Very good communication skills. Customer-centric approach. Familiarity with computer use. Previous experience in Customer Service, Call Center, Telesales, or Sales will be considered an additional qualification. Benefits: 💰 Remuneration The net monthly remuneration is determined based on recognized experience / seniority: Basic salary based on recognized experience, plus €100 gross, which are included in the total monthly remuneration package. The stated salary is indicative and is calculated based on the current withholdings for an employee with 0–3 years of experience, over 30 years old, single and without children. Net remuneration may vary depending on the personal tax and insurance status of the employee.

📄 Contract The initial collaboration is carried out with a two-month employment contract, with the possibility of continuing the collaboration, depending on the needs of the position and the course of the cooperation.
