Production Supervisor (Good English Communication Skills)

1. Control employee operations to align with the production plan
2. Prepare monthly production effectiveness reports for supervisors
3. Analyze issues occurring in production and present solutions to supervisors
4. Control employee operations to comply with management policies and production standards
5. Supervise and provide guidance to subordinates regarding production processes and production standards
6. Control and inspect operations for safety, hygiene, and the working environment of employees
7. Coordinate internally and externally with other departments to ensure operations can proceed according to the defined plan
8. Check the maintenance and cleaning of machinery, equipment, and work areas to ensure cleanliness on a daily basis
9. Conduct training for new employees regarding production processes and production standards
10. Participate in reviewing and improving tests, and prepare W.I., Procedure documents for ISO/ IATF16949 systems
11. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications: Male, aged 35 years or older Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, Manufacturing Industry, Science, or related fields At least 3 years of work experience in production management and control or the chemical industry (will be specially considered) Have knowledge and skills in production control Responsible, enthusiastic, and honest in working Can communicate in English very well (communicative) Have knowledge of ISO 9001:2015/ ISO 14001:2015/ IATF 16949 and MS Office Able to commute to work by oneself
