Product Sourcing / International Purchasing

• Plan, source, select, and negotiate with both domestic and international suppliers.
• Manage licensed products, coordinating with factories to apply licenses onto products and packaging by selecting factories that meet Audit standards.
• Handle contract renewals, amendments, or changes to agreement details with licensors to ensure accuracy and completeness within the specified timeframe.
• Coordinate and deliver product designs, packaging, designs, advertisements, and promotional media for each collection to obtain approval from licensors before production.
• Negotiate Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), Lead Time, Warranty Terms, and payment terms to maximize the company's benefits.
• Select standardized OEM/ODM factories and verify international quality certificates (e.g., CE, FCC, ROHS, TIS for Power Bank/Adaptor).
• Coordinate with the QA/QC department regarding product specification inspections, Sample Testing, and Pre-shipment Inspection to reduce product claim rates.
• Control purchasing costs in accordance with the budget; monitor production and shipping status to align with the Product Launch Schedule.
• Support special projects, selecting products based on specific requirements for Corporate/B2B clients or special CO-Branding, preparing products, and supporting booth setups for company events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or related fields.
• 2-5 years of experience in Sourcing/Purchasing for Mobile Accessories, Gadgets, or IT products.
• Experience in sourcing/manufacturing Character Licensing products will be specially considered.
• Ability to apply tempered glass films or having knowledge of Mobile Gadgets will be specially considered.
• Excellent communication and English language skills.
• Strong Negotiation Skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Meticulous, observant, and attentive to product specifications, licensed printwork, and design.
• Tech-savvy and always updating with new trends.
• Interested in and passionate about learning about products as well as various aspects that can be used to develop the company's products.
• Self-motivated to seek new knowledge in related fields to apply to work.
• Disciplined in working and consistently follows company regulations.
• Experience coordinating with overseas parties, such as China, will be specially considered.
