Security Engineer

• Request and manage access permissions to ensure sufficient authorization for operations.

• Implement and provide technical support for firewall platforms: Check Point, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet.

• Implement and provide technical support for network infrastructure and devices, with preference for experience in: Cisco (routing, switching, VPN).

• Implement and support security/network components deployed in cloud environments (AWS, Azure), including hybrid connectivity between on-prem and cloud.

• Communicate effectively in Thai and English via Microsoft Teams and email.

• Prepare technical documentation (as-built, configuration guides) and resolve technical issues encountered during implementation and support work.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Hands-on experience implementing and supporting firewalls (Check Point / Palo Alto / Fortinet) — installation, policy configuration, HA/cluster setup, upgrades, and troubleshooting. Solid networking fundamentals: routing & switching, VLAN, VPN (IPSEC/SSL), and configuration of network services such as DNS, DHCP, RADIUS, LDAP. Knowledge or experience in cloud computing environments such as AWS or Azure (networking/security services, e.g. VPC/VNet, security groups, cloud firewalls) preferred. Knowledge or experience with Operating Systems: Windows, Linux, VMware, Containers preferred. Network or Security certification preferred (e.g. CCNA, Sec+, or vendor-specific: PCNSE, NSE, CCSA/CCSE). Service-minded, teamwork, ownership, growth mindset. Good communication skills in both Thai and English. Self-learning and practicing behavior.
