Head of Food Product Research and Development Department ( GFFOOD )
- Prepare Raw material Specification, Process Specification, Product Specification, Ingredient Specification, Package Specification, and other specifications as assigned by supervisors.
- Proceed with food registration applications (Sor Bor. 5), requests for amendments to registered food details (Sor Bor. 6), and other legal documents with relevant agencies as assigned by supervisors.
- Prepare documents or conduct experiments related to the Food Product Research and Development Department as assigned by supervisors.
- Control experimental processes as assigned by supervisors.
Head of Food Product Research and Development Department ( GFPT ) 1) Prepare and control formulas, plan experiments, research, and develop products according to customer requirements and company policy, both in the laboratory and on the production line; coordinate with the Production Development unit and Packaging unit for sample product trials. 2) Verify, evaluate, and summarize experimental results to prepare product Specifications (raw materials, production processes). 3) Calculate preliminary costs for sample production during laboratory trials. 4) Calculate the order quantity of Ingredients for product manufacturing. 5) Prepare and verify various Specifications, such as Product Specification, Ingredient Specification, Specification of Product Characteristics, Product Specification Sheet, Flow Chart Customer, etc. 6) Coordinate with customers, vendors, and other relevant departments. 7) Supervise and control the daily operations of subordinates in accordance with company policy. 8) Provide training to employees within the department to increase knowledge and work efficiency, including evaluating training results.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science and Technology (Food Science), Product Development, Nutrition, or other related science fields. Completed training in food safety systems such as GMP HACCP. Completed training in quality management systems such as ISO9001. Proficient in computer usage, such as Microsoft Office programs. Able to speak, read, and write English well. 0-3 years of experience in the food industry.
