Engineer for diagnostics of technical condition of vehicles, road construction machines and mechanisms

The Chassis and Powertrain Systems Department is looking for a professional with over 3 years of practical experience working as an engineer in the automotive industry (or related) to join our team as a Lead Powertrain Technology Engineer. You will interact with suppliers (including in English) and even install prototype local products on vehicles for world-famous brands that will be seen by millions of consumers! Responsibilities: communication (negotiations, correspondence) with Russian auto component manufacturers (suppliers) on localization projects for various vehicle components; analysis of the schedule and regular monitoring of key project implementation stages together with suppliers; organizing meetings, negotiations, correspondence with suppliers, including foreign ones; timely response to emerging problems during project implementation; participation in supplier production site audits; formation of technical specifications, documentation; preparation of presentations related to project implementation; conducting test assembly: installation of prototype local products on vehicles.

Requirements

Work experience: over 3 years of experience working as an engineer in the automotive industry (or related); Professional knowledge, skills, abilities: ability to read and analyze design documentation (2D drawings, 3D models, technical specifications for component development); experience in product development and localization (project management) will be an advantage; knowledge of vehicle design; knowledge of APQP, PPAP; proficiency in English (B1 and above); confident use of MS Office; 1C: Document Management; Personal competencies: responsibility, initiative; logical thinking; multitasking; stress resistance; working in a multitasking mode; developed communication skills (literate speech, business correspondence), ability to find an approach to communicate with different types of people. Language skills: English (level B1 and above); Chinese will be an advantage. Education: Higher technical; Specialties related to land vehicles are a priority (automotive engineering, tractor manufacturing, agricultural machinery engineering, construction machinery engineering).
