Star Assistant - Receptionist

1. Welcome customers and provide customer service throughout their visit, such as serving food and beverages.
2. Provide support to customers during waiting periods and inform customers of progress regarding repairs.
3. Maintain cleanliness in the reception area to ensure it is tidy, and ensure food supplies are sufficient for customers.
4. Escort customers to the Service Advisor and to the customer lounge area.
5. Inspect products to ensure they are ready for use and provide appropriate service to customers.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field, age 24-40 years old. Good personality, smiling, and polite. Must have work experience in an automotive service center. Able to communicate in English very well.
