Quality Control Inspector / Quality Control Manager Position

A leading defense company in Petah Tikva requires an Engineering Technician for the Quality Control (QC) department

The position is full-time and office-based (Sun-Thu) at our offices in Petah Tikva.

Responsibilities:

• Team management and leadership: Leading the quality inspection team in the department, training production employees, and implementing work procedures.
• Quality and process control: Inspecting the integrity of production processes and performing QC tests on electromechanical products and assemblies.
• Customer requirements management: Reviewing customer quality requirements, preparing QC documentation, and accompanying external quality inspectors (Ministry of Defense/defense companies).

Education and Certifications:

• Engineering Technician with certification to IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 3 standard is mandatory.
• Professional experience: Experience as a quality inspector in a factory producing harnesses, wiring looms, or military electromechanical assemblies.
• Technical skills: Full proficiency in reading complex wiring diagrams, Wiring List tables, and military specifications (MIL-SPECs).
• Systems and standards: Familiarity with AS9100, IPC610, ISO standards, working with automatic cable testers, and proficiency in Priority and Excel.
• Languages: Good level of English (reading specifications).

• Extreme meticulousness, attention to detail, and the ability to stand firm against production pressures ("zero compromises on quality").
• Excellent interpersonal communication and great work in interfaces with production, engineering, and QA.
