Production Line Manager

For a leading and stable food factory, a Production Line Manager is required for a significant and dynamic role in an advanced production environment.

• Responsibility for the ongoing, proper, and continuous activity of the line. • Management of work processes on the line, including monitoring and controlling production processes, meeting targets, and maintaining outputs and quality. • Management, training, and mentoring of the line staff, including task allocation and providing ongoing support to the team. • Identification and handling of line faults, in cooperation with maintenance personnel, and ensuring ongoing and proper maintenance of the equipment.

• Experience in a managerial role in a manufacturing plant • Experience managing a team of employees • Good level of technical English • Ability to work under pressure and multitask • Good familiarity with production processes and line equipment, and the ability to be involved in the ongoing work on the line alongside the team. • Proper health for working in a food factory – mandatory • Willingness to work in a 3-shift format – mandatory
