What you will be doing

Work with product and documentation:

• study new equipment together with engineers: test, identify strengths and weaknesses, create clear operating algorithms for laboratory technicians;
• develop and update manuals, SOP, checklists, and instructions;
• prepare comparative characteristics of devices (including competitors) to expand the company's assortment.

Client training and support:

• travel to healthcare institutions for equipment installation and training staff on how to work with the devices;
• analyze reclamations, verify the correctness of research results, conduct comparative tests;
• consult clients remotely and on-site, resolve complex issues.

Internal training and expertise:

• prepare training materials and conduct training sessions for sales managers and service engineers;
• collect information for webinars and conferences, conduct online and offline masterclasses for users.

Communication and development:

• maintain contact with key customers, systematize their questions, and create a database of ready-made solutions (FAQ);
• participate in specialized exhibitions and conferences to represent the company and enhance expertise.

Requirements

• Education: higher medical or biological.
• Experience: from 2 years of work in KDL (clinical diagnostic laboratory) in the following areas: hematology, immunochemistry, urinalysis, etc.
• Skills: you can explain complex things in simple language, you love communicating and teaching.
• Languages: English from Intermediate (needed for reading technical documentation and contacting foreign manufacturers).

Higher education — specialist degree, master's degree; Experience: 1 year
