Finished Goods Factory Manager

1. Define production plans in alignment with sales targets; determine sufficient profit margins in accordance with sales targets; determine sufficient manpower levels in alignment with the production plan; define production processes and operating methods to achieve desired output in terms of quality, quantity, and production cost.
2. Promote and develop personnel within the department for efficiency and effectiveness; define structure and duties and responsibilities; promote, support, and drive activities within the department; cooperate with the Quality department in establishing ISO 9001 standard systems and ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 environmental management systems to ensure continuity.
3. Inspect and monitor significant environmental issues that occur to reduce environmental impact; ensure employees are aware of, preserve, and comply with the ISO 14001 environmental management system.
4. Prepare, plan, promote, support, and drive the department's budget to meet departmental goals to support the achievement of company policies.
5. Prepare, plan, promote, support, and drive energy conservation activities to meet departmental goals to support the achievement of company policy goals.
6. Promote, support, and drive subordinates to realize the value of various company assets as if they were their own.
7. Participate in solving and supporting the joint analysis of Safety problems.
8. Participate in solving various problems found in operations or reported by subordinates, as well as finding ways to resolve and prevent them, and reporting to superiors immediately without delay.
9. Meet customers to present products.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Rubber Technology, Polymer, or other related fields. Age 35 years or older with at least 5 years of experience in the position. High responsibility, diligent, patient, and able to work under high pressure. Able to work overtime and off-site, including the ability to travel upcountry and abroad. Skills in English communication, coordination, people and time management, etc. High leadership, courageous in thinking, observant, and decisive; analytical thinking; good interpersonal skills and able to get along well with colleagues.
