Senior Engineer (PLC, SCADA, Automation)

Supervise, coordinate, and inspect, improve, and develop electrical machinery systems within the company to achieve maximum efficiency. Must have experience in Automation and SCADA systems.

1. Design, develop, and test products or systems with engineering complexity.
2. Plan, control, and execute engineering projects to success according to the set plan by effectively coordinating with various departments.
3. Analyze and find ways to reduce potential risks in design or products to minimize long-term problems.
4. Able to allocate manpower appropriately for the work and prepare sufficient infrastructure.
5. Analyze and solve technical problems in the workflow to ensure no errors after the design is completed and has passed testing.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Age 28 years or older. At least 3 years of experience in PLC programming, Automation systems, and SCADA. Good ability in people and time management. Leadership qualities, decisive, able to work in a team, and good at immediate problem-solving. English language skills for work. Proficient in using specialized computer programs. Proficient in PLC programming.
