Receptionist (Customer Service)

1. Provide services and facilitate patients and relatives in accordance with hospital policies and standards.
2. Coordinate with various departments and provide initial solutions for service user problems and complaints.
3. Provide basic directions and escort patients to meet their doctors as scheduled.

Qualifications: Female/Male, age not exceeding 35 years. Bachelor's degree, any field. Good personality, service-minded. Good English communication skills. Ability to handle immediate problems effectively. New graduates are welcome (previous experience in customer reception will be specially considered).
