Description Tasks and responsibilities, job description, comments: Conducting inspections of the technical condition of buildings and structures; Conducting quality control of construction works; Analysis of building defects and development of plans for their elimination; Preparation and monitoring of repair schedules; Planning the volume of repair and maintenance work, drafting technical assignments; Searching for opportunities to improve equipment performance and implementing them.

Work schedule: 5-day work week

Candidate requirements: Education level: Junior Specialist; Master; Bachelor
