PURCHASING SUPERVISOR

Purchasing

• Support Plant Head / Country Manufacturing Head in preparing and controlling documents related to Request for Quotation (RFQ) according to defined standards
• Prepare and track Purchase Requisition
• Manage Purchase Order
• Manage Vendor Contracts
• Prepare and control other documents related to purchasing work

Inventory Management

• Control and track goods receiving and issuing, including maintaining stock data accuracy, and managing data through SAP system
• For spare parts and consumables, to ensure sufficient stock for usage

Space and Facility Management

• Improve and manage warehouse layout to achieve maximum storage efficiency
• Ensure that various machines and equipment, such as forklifts, receive proper maintenance and are ready for use at all times

Team Leadership

• Train, schedule, and supervise warehouse staff
• Promote an efficient, safe, and result-oriented working environment

Compliance & Safety

• Strictly enforce occupational health and safety regulations
• Implement security measures and prevent loss of assets
• Oversee and maintain work systems in accordance with various certification standards such as ISO 9001 and other related standards

Audits

• Act as a coordinator and receive audits from Stock Auditors

Non-Moving Inventory Management

• Track and analyze Non-Moving Inventory
• Track finished goods inventory and Aged Inventory

Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate with customers and transport service providers to ensure timely delivery
• Ensure product delivery meets OTIF (On Time In Full) targets

Qualifications: Female, age 35 years and above Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or other related fields At least 10 years of experience in Purchasing, Inventory Control, and Warehouse/Logistics Management Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and the ability to analyze warehouse operational performance indicators Excellent negotiation, communication, leadership, vendor management, and problem-solving skills Good planning and organizational skills, detail-oriented, proactive mindset, responsible, and demonstrates a sense of Ownership Experience in Manufacturing or Packaging Industry Good command of English in speaking, reading, and writing Able to work 5 days per week Able to work well in a team High responsibility, attentive to quality and efficiency
