Head of Dispatch Service for International Students

1. Ensures internal interaction between specialized specialists of FSBEI HE VolgGMU of the Ministry of Health of Russia regarding the terms of cooperation with potential partners in external markets. 2. Prepares proposals on the priorities of foreign economic activity of FSBEI HE VolgGMU of the Ministry of Health of Russia. 3. Develops strategic and current plans for the implementation of foreign economic activity by the organization. 4. Manages the work of the employees of the dispatch service for international students of the external relations department and controls their execution of assigned tasks regarding documentary support of studies, registration, visa support, and other matters for international students. 5. Performs operational informing during the preparation of projects and decisions regarding the admission, studies, and visa support of international students. 6. Handles the processing and issuance of necessary educational documents to international students, introduces international students to the university's internal regulations, as well as to the medical organizations on the basis of which the educational institution's clinical bases are located, and controls compliance with internal regulations. 7. Initiates the preparation of orders on the transfer of international students from course to course, expulsion and reinstatement due to academic, disciplinary, and financial problems, and admission to state exams; maintains lists of international students, provides these lists to the departments and subdivisions of the university, and prepares proposals for the reinstatement of previously expelled international students.

Requirements

Higher education - Master's or Specialist degree; At least three years of work experience in the field of foreign economic activity; Proficiency in a foreign language (English).
