Expert (in Installation Design)

Formation of a unified technical policy of the Employer in the field of installation and design solutions for natural gas processing and liquefaction facilities, and gas chemistry. Development of guiding documents for the installation and design part of construction projects (layout solutions, pipeline classes, selection of structural materials, requirements for welding and quality control). Organization of the development of technical solutions for the practical implementation of the provisions of the manuals in accordance with the requirements of the national and corporate standards of ПАО Газпром. Organization of work on the standardization of technical solutions for the purpose of their application in the implementation of similar construction projects. Organization of the involvement of domestic research organizations, as well as foreign engineering companies, in the performance of work. Formation of expert opinions (reviews) on technical solutions developed by the involved third-party organizations (research institutes, design, engineering, and manufacturing enterprises). Participation in the development of technical requirements, national and corporate standards, and regulatory documents necessary for the performance of the installation and design part of projects. Preparation of draft administrative documents, internal memos, clarifications, and answers to technical inquiries as instructed by immediate and higher management. Compliance with the regime of commercial secrets and confidentiality of information, working with restricted access documents (receipt, accounting, storage in a safe, submission according to logs). Compliance with occupational health and safety requirements, industrial and fire safety, and internal labor regulations.

Requirements

Higher professional education (Specialist / Master's degree) in a specialty or field of study in the field of design and construction of natural gas processing and liquefaction facilities, and gas chemical production facilities. At least 6 (six) years of work experience in engineering / design organizations in the specialty. Possession of a valid certification in the field of industrial safety. Proficiency in English at a level no lower than B1 (Intermediate) to work with technical documentation of foreign partners. Proficiency in software: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); AutoCAD (advanced level: development of pipeline classes, layout solutions); Start-Prof software complex (mandatory). Professional skills: business correspondence and business communication; working with large volumes of information (analysis, structuring, processing); working with regulatory and technical documentation (ГОСТ, СНиП, corporate standards); teamwork, result-oriented.
