Manager

Planning and organization, setting tasks for subordinates or contractors, process management, maintaining reporting (financial, production, analytical), quality and KPI control, working with clients/partners.

Requirements

Knowledge of industry specifics (construction, IT, etc.), proficiency in software (1C, MS Project, Excel, CRM), understanding of the basics of finance and document management, communication skills, stress resistance, at least 5 years of experience in a similar position. Knowledge of a foreign language (English and/or Chinese) at an upper-intermediate level (B2/HSK4)
