Chief Mechanic (Industrial)

ensures the sound condition of production technological equipment; organizes the work of the unit; organizes operational production support, the execution of repairs for technological equipment breakdowns by the forces of its unit, as well as with the involvement of employees of adjacent units and contracting organizations; organizes the execution of corrective and preventive measures; performs root cause analysis of breakdowns, plans and performs operational, corrective, and preventive measures; maintains records of breakdowns, analyzes statistical data, provides weekly and monthly reporting on key performance indicators of the unit; forms the budget for the maintenance and repair of technological equipment; ensures the execution of periodic scheduled works in its area of responsibility; ensures the availability of technical documentation, maintains its archive, makes changes to the documentation after equipment modernization; manages the development of regulatory materials for equipment repair, material consumption for repair and operating needs, analysis of its usage indicators, and the processing of requests for the purchase of materials and spare parts necessary for equipment operation; makes key technical decisions on methods of equipment repair and modernization; organizes the work of mechanical workshops; is responsible for the operation and sound condition of lifting machines, cranes, and elevators.

Requirements

higher technical education (mechanics, electromechanics); work experience in mechanical engineering, automotive industry, or cable industry enterprises of at least 5 years in a similar position; English language: written technical, spoken conversational above average (communication with the region, colleagues from group plants, the technical center, representatives of key technological equipment suppliers); advanced user level of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, AutoCAD; SAP PM or another system for supporting the maintenance of technological equipment; the ability to independently perform mechanical engineering drawings of equipment parts will be an additional advantage; additional education in the field of reliability assurance, lean manufacturing; knowledge of the best world practices for organizing the maintenance of technological equipment.
