Chief Project Engineer (2026)

Technical leadership of the project, taking into account Chinese execution standards and Russian regulatory requirements, interaction with regulatory authorities and the customer, planning and control, management of technical documentation in Chinese and English. Close work with the Chinese team, working according to strict internal rules. Employment under a fixed-term employment contract due to the construction of a terephthalic acid production unit. The facility is located in Nizhnekamsk, Industrial Zone, 84. A bed space in the on-site dormitory is provided.

Requirements

Knowledge of regulatory and legislative acts regulating the production, business, and financial-economic activities of an enterprise, taking into account Chinese technologies. Ability to read and conclude contracts in English and Chinese. Knowledge of English and Chinese at B2 level. At least 6 years of experience in the same position according to company standards and rules, ability to work according to clear instructions, diligence. Possession of certificates, presence of at least 1-2 completed projects.
