Head of Department (Financial-Economic and Administrative)

Accounting and tax accounting taking into account the requirements of the RF and considering the Chinese specifics of work, control of foreign exchange operations with the PRC, interaction with regulatory authorities, preparation of reporting according to PRC standards, foreign exchange control, working with documentation in technical Chinese and English. Close work with the Chinese team, working according to strict internal rules. Employment under a fixed-term employment contract due to the construction of a terephthalic acid production unit. The facility is located in Nizhnekamsk, Industrial Zone territory, 84. A sleeping place in the dormitory at the facility is provided.

Requirements

Industry experience in a similar managerial position of at least 5 years according to the standards and rules of a Chinese company, ability to work according to clear instructions, diligence, knowledge of Chinese standards, knowledge of English and Chinese above intermediate level, higher financial (or economic) education.
