Senior Software Engineer for Low-level and System Software Development

development of Linux kernel modules for interacting with hardware components and user-space libraries for communicating with them; development of system utilities and daemons for Linux-based OS; support of Embedded Linux build systems based on Buildroot for ARM/ARM64-based SoC platforms; support of Embedded Linux build systems based on Yocto Project for AMD64-based platforms; participation in cross-team meetings, elaboration of software requirements and architecture, task decomposition.

Requirements

excellent knowledge of C; excellent understanding of the Linux kernel structure and the operation of its subsystems; experience in developing multithreaded and/or asynchronous applications; knowledge and understanding of various testing levels, ability to test one's own code; communication skills (proficient oral and written speech, ability to explain one's point of view and challenge another's); knowledge of English sufficient for reading technical literature and documentation.
