Foreign Economic Activity Specialist

Preparation of a full package of documents for goods moving across the customs border; Verification of the accuracy and relevance of data; Ensuring regulatory deadlines for customs clearance (CC); Organization of prompt and high-quality CC work within the framework of contract terms and customs legislation; Organization of prompt resolution of other problematic CC issues; Entering necessary information regarding the progress of CC into the database; Monitoring the deadlines for filing cargo customs declarations and the storage periods of goods at temporary storage warehouses (TSW) and transport vehicles (TV). This vacancy applies to the Special Military Operation (SMO) area.

Requirements

Knowledge of English, confirmed by documents (C2- Proficiency), knowledge of Chinese, confirmed by documents (HSK/YCT 5), knowledge of INCOTERMS 2010, UCP 500, UCP 600, 115 ФЗ РФ. Knowledge of commodity-accompanying and customs documentation.

Higher education — Bachelor's degree; Experience: 7 years
