Airport Representative

Vacancy: Airline Representative at the airport Main duties: Monitoring and assessing the quality of ground handling for aircraft and passengers in accordance with contracts and airline standards. Monitoring passenger and baggage check-in, boarding, providing information to passengers, checking documents and visas. Interaction with the crew, airport ground services, and airline services and departments. Monitoring commercial load, documentation, customs clearance. Working with additional services (excess baggage, upgrades, catering, etc.), including cash operations in the absence of a senior representative. Maintaining reporting, statistics, preparing responses to inquiries, participating in the investigation of irregular situations. Compliance with aviation security, occupational health, and fire safety requirements. Requirements: Knowledge of the Air Code of the Russian Federation, federal aviation regulations, orders of the Ministry of Transport (No. 82, No. 141, No. 142). English language level no lower than intermediate (written, spoken). Attentiveness, discipline, responsibility, ability to work with passengers and in a team. Readiness to undergo training and professional development. Conditions: Work at the airport, in a controlled area. Shift schedule, work with cash registers. Compliance with internal labor regulations and aviation security.

Requirements

• having higher education and additional professional education in the profile of professional activity; - having at least 3 years of experience in civil aviation, of which at least 1 year in a managerial position; - with knowledge of English no lower than intermediate level, confirmed by certificates from specialized educational institutions, or having successfully passed established testing for English proficiency level; - being an experienced PC user, knowing the Microsoft software line, able to freely use various internet browsers and find necessary information on the Internet; - possessing organizational qualities necessary for the performance of assigned duties, and personal qualities such as communication skills, psychological stability, discipline; - having a valid certificate on the rules for the transport of dangerous goods by air category 10, or having completed training under the dangerous goods by air transport program in the airline; - possessing sufficient knowledge: legal foundations of international air communications, international requirements, recommended international practice in the field of international air communications; provisions of the Airline passenger handling manual; main provisions of the Airline loyalty program - proficient in using the Airline's special programs: Sprint DCS, IPORT Ramp tool, EFOS and other programs necessary for operational activities; - having valid permits and certificates issued by the Airline, allowing for independent handling of Airline flights.
