Purchasing Officer (Chinese Speaking)

-Formulate procurement strategies and execute the sourcing of international raw materials to effectively support cross-departmental operations. -Negotiate procurement terms and oversee delivery scheduling to ensure timely distribution aligned with requester requirements. -identify and evaluate new suppliers and vendors to achieve cost savings and drive direct and indirect value for the organization. -Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships while supporting new supplier development, localization initiatives, and cost-reduction activities. -Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications: Male/Female Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field Excellent negotiation and communication skills At least 2 years of experience in purchasing Possesses great attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure. Chinese comunication and ability to understand the Chinese Language in Speaking, Listening and Reading.
