Foreign Economic Activity Manager

Your tasks

Performs work on the processing and delivery of necessary documentation to ЦОКЗ, ТПП, customs, and other organizations. Performs documentary customs clearance of cargo exported via p. Kavkaz. Carries out necessary certification of product types in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the RF. Monitors the expiration dates of certificates for existing product items. Translates necessary documentation, carries out correspondence on matters of professional activity, as well as upon instruction from the immediate supervisor. Forms a set of documents for recharging third-party shippers for agency services and costs. Working with the 1C (Bit-Finance) program, monitoring the approval and payment of goods and services.

Requirements

Higher professional education. At least 3 years of work experience in the field of foreign economic activity. PC proficiency at an advanced user level, experience working in the 1C program. Proficiency in free translation (written and oral) to/from English. Possession of a Category B driver's license.
