Painting Engineer

1. Control the process, design and control chemical proportions, temperature, humidity, and paint curing time
2. Quality inspection: inspect paint film thickness, adhesion, and gloss using specialized measuring instruments
3. Defect analysis: find the root cause of problems such as blistering, discoloration, sagging, or dust contamination on workpieces and implement improvements
4. Cost reduction and efficiency enhancement: improve Paint Consumption to reduce loss in the spraying system

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, majoring in Industrial Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, or Materials Science Experience working in the automotive parts painting industry At least 2 years of experience in a production line Understanding of paint chemical properties, spray systems, and painting booth machinery Good command of English: Listening-Speaking, Reading-Writing Male
