Research and Development Officer

Design and develop Rubber Compounds for motorcycle tire products to meet standards and customer requirements Improve existing rubber formulas to increase performance, such as durability, road grip, and raw material cost reduction Conduct experiments (Lab Scale / Pilot Scale) and analyze physical test results of rubber, such as Hardness, Tensile Strength, Elongation, and Abrasion Resistance Use testing instruments such as Rheometer, Tensile Tester, and other laboratory equipment correctly Analyze product quality problems and find solutions in collaboration with Production and QA/QC departments Support actual production trials and monitor results in the production process Prepare experimental reports, analyze data, and summarize development results Perform duties in accordance with quality standards such as ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 and safety requirements

Qualifications: Experience in the tire or motorcycle tire industry Knowledge of IATF 16949 standards or Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA) Ability to communicate in English at a basic-good level Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or related fields Experience in rubber formula development or the rubber industry (will be specially considered); knowledge of Rubber Compounding and polymer material properties Ability to use laboratory instruments and read/analyze test results Skills in analysis, problem-solving, and teamwork Proficiency in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) Responsible and able to work under pressure
