Academic Professional for the Customer Service Department of a Global Company in Haifa

What awaits you in the role?

• Daily communication with customers in Israel and abroad – phones, emails, and advanced systems
• Working with exporters, importers, and international agencies
• Familiarity with the fields of import, export, and logistics, and interfaces with various departments in the company: operation, logistics, sales, etc.
• A dynamic, global, and interesting work environment

Full-time position, Sun-Thu + usually Friday once a month. Additionally, there is one work-from-home day every week at the employee's choice. Whoever enters the role will receive full training to become acquainted with the field and the role.

Job Location: Matam Park, Haifa

• Bachelor's degree – Mandatory
• Experience in telephone/front-line customer service – Mandatory
• High level of English (speaking, writing, and reading)
• Responsibility, ability to work in a team, and multitasking
• Full proficiency in a computerized environment
