HRIS Specialist

Zim requires an HRIS Specialist for a key role in managing and operating global HCM systems, responsibility for data quality, organizational structure, and supporting cross-organizational HR processes.

Main areas of responsibility:

• HRIS systems management - operation, configuration, and maintenance of the HCM system, including ensuring data availability and reliability.
• Troubleshooting - handling system errors, analyzing problems, and leading solutions with development and support teams.
• Data quality and compliance - performing controls, maintaining data integrity, and adhering to privacy regulations.
• Interface management - monitoring and operating interfaces between the HCM system and additional HR systems.
• Process optimization - identifying and implementing improvements to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
• Support and training - providing support and training to HR teams and employees in using the systems.

The position is located in Matam Park, Haifa, hybrid work (one day a week from home)

• Relevant Bachelor's degree - Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics / Data Science, or a parallel field.
• One to two years of experience working with information systems: system management, configuration, troubleshooting, and user support - significant advantage for experience in a global organization. The position is also relevant for recent graduates with student experience.
• Experience and familiarity with HRIS systems - advantage.
• High proficiency in Office - especially high-level Excel including complex functions.
• Strong analytical abilities - data analysis, generating business insights, and drawing conclusions.
• High level of English - mandatory.
