Shift Supervisor at Sano Factory - Hod Hasharon

Required: Shift Supervisor at the Sano factory, full-time position, shift work (Hod Hasharon). Transportation from Netanya and Kafr Qasim.

The role includes:

• Managing a team of employees on the production lines (8-15 employees per shift)
• Monitoring the execution of the work plan
• Quality control
• Performing SET UP on the production lines
• Troubleshooting and providing professional responses to the employee team
• Working under pressure and according to schedules

70 NIS per hour. Does not include overtime. Submission of candidacy is subject to a background check of the candidate.

• Technician or Mechanical/Control Engineering Technician - Mandatory
• Technical background - Mandatory
• Experience in managing employees - Mandatory
• Basic knowledge in English and computer - Mandatory
• Experience in machine maintenance / operating production lines - Advantage
• Good interpersonal skills
