Chemist / Technologist in Hod HaSharon

For the company Sano, a leader in the field of home maintenance cleaning, a development technologist is required for a dynamic, challenging, and creative role. The position is located in Hod HaSharon, full-time.

Job Description, Framework, and Areas of Responsibility:

• Responsibility for the development of formulations and production processes for new products.
• Responsibility for the testing and improvement of products.
• Responsibility for the testing and approval of raw materials and packaging for new products.
• Initiating innovation in the field.
• Testing the efficiency of products and new technologies.
• Leading a development project from idea to production.

Experience and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Sciences - mandatory, Chemistry/Chemical Engineering - advantage.
• At least two years of experience in new product development.
• Experience in analytics.
• Familiarity with product development processes, packaging development, and project management.
• Familiarity with standards in Israel.
• High level of English (reading and writing).
• Order, precision, and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Independence and personal initiative.
• Curiosity, diligence, and the ability to lead several processes in parallel.
